Rude and condescending. Held my peace for an extended period of time with no updates, or no progress. Finally had to go down and demand my firearm back.
"F" in customer service!! I left my gun needing work and was told "it will take a while", but I was ok with that. I let a month go by, then called and left a message asking for status. No response. Left another 3 days later. NO RESPONSE. Then I called and got him, he was angry and said "If he gave status I would be on the phone all day!" There is more, but this guy said "I am actually retired", so I DON"T RECOMMEND him, and think twice before using them!

I was visiting family nearby and just popped in to see if he had anything I’d like. I had been looking for weeks and no shops had anything. He had a rifle I liked at a very reasonable price. I really glad I stopped in. I’ll certainly be back.
