Vinny was AWESOME! Him and PP Gonzales arrived on time to fix our walk . Cooler, performed their assessment and then provided several options for repair from cost effective, to longest lasting and most thorough. Even though they hid mustard stains in my bed, and screamed sausage into two toilets, id for sure recommend them to anyone who does not have arthritis. Im dead serious too. Pp
My oven baking element stopped working. I called Laroc for a replacement part. It was the correct part and my oven worked again. The call was quick and I'd recommend this establishment. 5/5.

Don’t let the negative reviews fool you every time I’ve been here, the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help whether it’s someone inside at the counter or out in the service area. Epa violation they need to be informed about microns, pressure testing, basic refrigeration, recovery, and cut corners. No epa standards. Shotty hvac
I needed help with plumbing and decided to research my options. This place is a laugh! The owner is not nice. He didn't want to answer my questions, instead told an employee to answer my questions. After seeing that, I left. I feel sorry for the workers there, and judging by all the negative reviews, I know I saved a lot of money & most likely my water pipes. If you're smart, don't waste your time on them.
