Our condo owners are thankful for Jim's promptness and no nonsense approach to concerns and urgent matters that arise. When Vanessa Van Dette came back to manage our community YRCC 793, it felt like a breath of fresh air. Things had gotten pretty messy, and honestly, we were all worried. But now that she's here, it's like someone finally grabbed the steering wheel. There's a lot that needs fixing - and I mean a lot - but if anyone can turn this ship around, it's Vanessa. She's not afraid of hard work, and you can already see she's committed to making things right for all of us residents.
