It's hard to highlight the performance of a specific employee as the toxic manganrnt practices are systemic. If you are looking for a management team that will high jack your money for months, tell you a check is being sent out, then a month later saying they will direct deposit but then wait a month and still no payments will be received. Extremely difficult company to work with. They will "steal" thousands of dollars owed to you, despite the owner of the property requesting multiple times for Larlyn to pay what is owed they will delay and plat games for months and even mock you when you suggest you will have to file a lein if they continue with their delay tactics. Showing extreme disregard for the buildings and client reputations they represent.
