Over the last 15 years that they have been managing my condo the quality of service has been going downhill. They don't respond for weeks on end. It takes them months to send out minutes from a brief meeting. They constantly break commitments. Really a terrible organization overall.
Poor management consultation and follow ups within company. False promises and no real initiative to get things done within your condo strata if real issues arise. Good reporting but you mind as well do it yourself. Avoid usiñg will save you many headaches, better smaller companies out there.
Great building to live in

Would give zero stars if I could. Condo manager told me to stop calling because it was stressful. So I guess doing their job is too stressful. Don’t bother with these people.
