Useless management company ., living in laguna beach from 2012 … and since last 6 years this pothole is right in MIDDLE of parking lot.. told hundred time to the head in colony but no action. They kept increasing the condo fee but in return no doors fixed , no windows ., NO PARKING LOT.. see the pic urself and avoid the houses under this management company
Over the last 15 years that they have been managing my condo the quality of service has been going downhill. They don't respond for weeks on end. It takes them months to send out minutes from a brief meeting. They constantly break commitments. Really a terrible organization overall.
