Great place to live now that we have new management! A lot of updates have been made since we have Carrie and Gavin now in the office. They definitely understand people have rough times and I happened to be one who fell into a short hardship. They have worked with me to bring my account current and fast with any repair request sent out. I have decided to renew my lease and excited to see the upcoming changes to Oval Springs. I've been living her for about 2 years I think I'm working almost on my 3rd year! I do love it it has its qwerks bit its also a older building could use a lot of tlc the rent is a little bit high but I expect that to be pretty much every where you go nowadays home is what you make it to me I will say living her in the winter sucks cause there snow company plows the parking lot but don't plow the parking spots so you will get stuck!
