It's a nice place to live
I’ve only been living here for almost a month maybe , the first day I moved in I was disappointed because I was told I was getting an upgraded apartment, and I did not get that but they had already took my money and I had signed the lease , for the first week almost two I did not have a stove because they did messed up my floor and didn’t tell me until I moved in , I was supposed to get it fixed on Monday since I moved in on a Friday , they never did I called , put in a work order and went in there , I was told they wouldn’t... read more
This place is ass has roaches there plumbing sucks ceiling constantly caves in have had this problem in multiple units leasing is rude doesn’t help get nothing fixed until 2 months later would never recommend especially if you have kids
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Oval Springs warrants a warning to prospective tenants. Maintenance requests routinely take months to be addressed—if they’re handled at all. During my time here, I dealt with persistent roach infestations, ceiling leaks, broken appliances, and unresponsive management. If you're looking for a place where maintenance is treated as optional and cleanliness is your own problem, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
