I would like to provide an update regarding my apartment and the concerns I have raised. The office did send someone to spray for the roaches. I inquired about the frequency of their visits and was informed that they spray every six weeks. I expressed my confusion as I have been a resident since July 1, pay a pest control fee, and had not seen anyone prior to this visit. I’ve only been living here for almost a month maybe , the first day I moved in I was disappointed because I was told I was getting an upgraded apartment, and I did not get that but they had already took my money and I had signed the lease , for the first week almost two I did not have a stove because they did messed up my floor and didn’t tell me until I moved in , I was supposed to get it fixed on Monday since I moved in on a Friday , they never did I called , put in a work order and went in there , I was told they wouldn’t... read more
