Had to get my daughter up out of here ASAP. Ripped floors, broken fridge, non working stove and leaking ceiling. Then made the mistake of referring a friend her apartment even worse. Sand coming in the tub, unfinished projects.
I would like to provide an update regarding my apartment and the concerns I have raised. The office did send someone to spray for the roaches. I inquired about the frequency of their visits and was informed that they spray every six weeks. I expressed my confusion as I have been a resident since July 1, pay a pest control fee, and had not seen anyone prior to this visit.
