Awesome cut
Low quality materials combined with unskilled labor equals lots of money in the developers pocket while the homeowner gets screwed. I am sending a letter to the Governor concerning this builder.
Warranty service was awful. Milestone fired my construction manager right after I closed and then my new construction manager wasn't able to deliver the fixes promised by the original construction manager. My warranty tickets wouldn't be addressed for 6+ months. Warranty guys were getting fired constantly and it was a struggle to get them to fix anything. Purchasing from them was easy, but they don't care about you afterwards. They need to fix their warranty support.
Regret everyday moving here. The Goodwin Company who is HOA here has done nothing but harass homeowners on a daily! Homes are not built of good quality. Stay clear just go to the Facebook page you will see how 90% of the homeowners regret it. Update- Your response just proved to the world how unorganized you are as I have been an owner for the past 3 years. Happy to announce I am moving to a community that is not managed by Goodwin.
