We called about a local rental property, just to be hung up on! The female employee Meredith answered the phone saying "Hello" in an annoyed tone, then when we asked about the property she said "ok" and hung up the phone! When we tried calling back from my phone. the phone rang to voicemail. But when my wife called from her phone, she answered! Rude and unprofessional! Looks like we won't be renting with this agency.
It was hard to justify even giving one star when rating our experience with Larkspur. We rented an apartment through Larkspur for a little over 4 years and have always been good tenants. Unlike some of our neighbors, we have never had police called on us, we have never been in violation of any of the rules in our neighborhood, and we have always paid our rent.
