I found this place after going to a different place prior. I brought my 5 month old kitten in. Other places were asking for 1k to run all these tests and x-rays on her to find out what was wrong. The Dr here examined her throughly (other did not) and he explained to me with almost 100% certainty her diagnosis. She had FIP and she was dying. He was very compassionate and thorough when talking to me, very knowledgeable. The most caring vet and staff I have ever encountered. Dr. Smith is so knowledgeable and so willing to share his knowledge. And, he can explain things so well so I can make informed choices for my kitties. The staff is amazing … so competent and compassionate. Pair these with a bark-less environment and you have the best kitty clinic in the state.
I only have cats, and all they work with are cats - it's a cat only, cat friendly, cat understanding place.
Just had to let one of my kitties pass over the rainbow bridge today. The doctor and staff were amazing. They have a special room just for the procedure. It was beautiful and a loving environment made for the comfort of my baby and myself. In my 53 years I’ve had to put many cats to sleep, this is the first time I was allowed to hold my sweet boy as he went to sleep. Then allowed , and encouraged to stay with him as long as I wanted. A very difficult event that Dr and staff handled with dignity and care.
They take such good care of our babies.
