Staff is unresponsive and lacks follow through. Maintenance issues go unanswered and require multiple requests (one took nearly 2 years to get fixed). Bad decision for me moving in here.

They say nothing happens by mistake and yes, in this situation it is true again. Jan 2020 I moved to exquisite Larkspurtwincreeks. Going through a divorce (18 yrs) while also waiting out covid-19 landed me in a perfect adult community to get it all done with the least bother. My thanks to a perfect staff. The outside is as beautiful as the interior inside apartments.
I have a couple of clients who live here and they love it! Professional staff...lots of activities...great location.

Great place! Beautiful amenities. We looked at 7 other Senior Apts in the area. This is, by far, the VERY BEST!!!!! Look forward to moving here in the Spring! Everyone is very friendly. Our rep, Zora, was extremely helpful!!!!!!
