I’ve lived here long enough to see the true colors of this apartment management team — they are completely heartless and lack compassion for their residents. When you find yourself in a difficult situation and need understanding or reasonable accommodation, don’t expect any help or empathy. They only care about policies and payments, not people. I went to view with a friend and simply loved everything about it!
Locator with Texas Apt Locators Roxanne, brought a couple in from out of state will be attending MD Anderson. They had pretty much leased another place, once they met the wonderful staff at Larkspur Shadow creek especially Jackie their mind was changed. They love the community, Thanks for all your help Jackie.
Jaqueline was extremely patient and helpful with me. The property is beautiful. I am In the process of selling my home so that I can make a move that way.
