It's fine, manager is lovely and is given way too much on his shoulders with little help and he's endured a lot to get where he is, housing is wonderfully clean and mantained, maintenance takes ten thousand years but it's not a big deal, but a major glaring legal flaw is that they will hand out entry notices for either a blanket 3 days (not allowed) or will attempt to give it to you the same day (also extremely not allowed.)
