I have been a customer for 14 years going back to when they were in the Larkridge complex. I was recently told I had to provide a drivers license becasue the insurance company required it. I called my insurance and they said its not true. This is a bald face lie by the office manager. Today I showed up for my appoinment and now its HIPPA that requires it. Do NOT trust them. They have been out of compliance for 14 years? This past year they started charging more than my insurance would allow. My wife is way to kind to say no.... read more

These people are either incompetent or crooks. I came here from CA and prior to this hadn't had a cavity since I was 16 now I'm 71. They told me that I had 7 cavities and needed 2 crowns. They tortured me in the chair 3 times before they got my last crown right Then told me I had 4 more cavities so I sought a 2nd opinion My new dentist looked at my x-rays and photos and told me that not only did I not have 4 cavities but that I did not have 7 cavities on the original x-rays that Dr Tara took!!! Larkridge along with Dr Carroll and her staff are really the only reason I consistently go for check up and cleaning twice a year. Never use to due to a few very unpleasant experiences before Larkridge! I have been a grateful client for about 15 years or more! Very professional, knowledgeable and relaxed. Love it
