Erica Smith of Larkin Realty is a nightmare to work with. She accepted the ludicrous accusations of my sketchy neighbors without question or evidence, while ignoring my requests for assistance in dealing with their increasing hostility and the husband’s stalker-like activity. I eventually had to involve the Burlington police and consult with an attorney, simply because Erica refused to do her job with even a modicum of proficiency. Really terrible property managers. Don’t follow through with anything in a timely manner. Very hard to contact them.

i have known the Larkin Realty team for over a decade now. From my first hand observations, and feedback from others that have chosen to work with their agency, i don't think you will find anyone better suited to assist you with your next move. I've seen them handle the"first apartments" of many a recent UVM graduate to the stress of being older and making a major life changing move with a level of professionalism that is only matched with the personal touch of a family run business.

The laddy from office probably was in her period , she told me is 2 available apt , after that she told me they did rent theym .2 apt in one day WTF???!! U need some nice people to work in that office
