I was working with Amy Helsene since November 2025. She did not communicate well and I had to chase her for emails or phone calls back to me. So I requested a different attorney and that upset her so she chose to file a "withdrawal" notice to the courts (even though she didn't withdrawal I requested to replace her). A 'contractor' from this building was hired out to live in my building and carry out a crime. Currently under investigation and they likely will be charged.
