My doctors office no longer wants to see me because… I'm having too many mental problems for them to deal with and because I called them and told them that I didn't feel listened to. they don't feel that they could be a good provider to me so now I have to find a whole new doctor
So im in the process of changing all my care from Veterans Affairs to civilian care as the VA is no longer working correctly. I came to the office for back issues as i have degenerative conditions with L3 and L4 because of spinal cord damage. I told her I need to see a specialist! Its serious now and the VA said it would happen eventually. My son had an ear infection after trying several medications he still had one for 3 months. I have a respiratory issue that has been going on for 2 months also. Kristie Babcock is not only a horrible doctor that has no idea how to diagnose, but I was told she was going to do testing for me finally and the next week I received a $650 bill for the testing. No help from billing whatsoever, so after going for the last 3 years I will be finding a new Dr. for myself and my family.
I would not under any circumstances go to this office. Not only is Babcock one of the physicians there, a terrible doctor, as she will not actually listen to patients, and act like you are dumb. She also doesnt inform you of important information on treatment and medications. The billing department and front staff are not good as well by not canceling appointments when you call and do it.
