I would not under any circumstances go to this office. Not only is Babcock one of the physicians there, a terrible doctor, as she will not actually listen to patients, and act like you are dumb. She also doesnt inform you of important information on treatment and medications. The billing department and front staff are not good as well by not canceling appointments when you call and do it. I’m 78 years old and have NEVER been comfortable at a doctor’s appointment…until last Friday! Dr. Larkin spent a good amount of time with me and truly made me feel like we have a partnership in my healthcare. Kudos to her entire office staff, too. A wonderful experience!
Diana is amazing at front desk. She always answers my questions and gets things done. I love Dr Larkin and have been with her 20+ years now. Thank you for being such an awesome person and Physician. Christine Babcock is also very nice when I have seen her.
The lack of stars is for pettiness, punitive fees, absenteeism from her own office at least 50% of the time I need an appointment. Renee Hubbs referred me to her when I was looking for a physician. I’ve since lost my faith in Hubbs — Fractured integrity, hidden agenda apparently. Seemed more interested in pulling money outta my pockets and making her friends rich rather than give any sort of testimonial for me to have confidence about. I should’ve seen the red flags 🚩
