With no exaggeration I called literally 15 times before finally someone who spoke English was able to answer the phone and help me. I work for a funeral home and I came to pick up a deceased person from this hospital and everytime I would call they would hang up on me. I've heard of this happening in Hialeah where people don't speak English but this is a hospital so I thought it couldn't happen here. My godmother came to Larkin for an outpatient procedure and was treated with an excellent care she was welcomed and treated with the most kind care by the nurses and doctors. The hospital was clean and updated , they kept us informed and even gave us a lunch voucher as we waited for her.
