With no exaggeration I called literally 15 times before finally someone who spoke English was able to answer the phone and help me. I work for a funeral home and I came to pick up a deceased person from this hospital and everytime I would call they would hang up on me. I've heard of this happening in Hialeah where people don't speak English but this is a hospital so I thought it couldn't happen here.
