RecommendedA level of professionalism rarely found today. I purchased a pair of progressives awhile back and needed them for an upcoming trip. They didn’t deliver on time so made an identical pair of regular lensed glasses for me to use without charge. More recently I came in to have the frame for progressive lenses repaired and the lenses swapped into the other frame while this was done. Both the swap and repair were done fast and without charge. Impressive.

I would prefer to give zero stars. The sales people in this location are rude and unprofessional. Once they found out I wanted to purchase glasses online, they were even less helpful and wanted to charge extra for a measurement that should be included in an eyeglass exam, and which IS included at all of the other eye Dr offices in the area. After calling around to those others in the area, I regret spending my money at Larkfield Optical for the exam.
I've been getting my glasses here since 3rd grade and now in college coming back for a new pair every year. Just got a new pair today and everyone here is more than lovely! They treat you like family and help you find a pair within budget.
The rudest people I have ever met! Waste of time. I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
A million thanks to Jay! My son broke his glasses last night and leaving for camp tomorrow. Jay was able to find a perfect frame in stock that worked with my sons lenses. We were in and out the door in less than 30 minutes. This is definitely our new optical go to! Thank you!!!!! �
I cannot express enough the wonderful experience I had with Larkfield Optical. Starting with Dr. Turner being very pleasant and professional. Jamie and Maria were also very patient and professional.
