5 weeks here & worst place ive ever been. Maintenance sucks, the building sucks, over priced & dirty
Live ANYWHERE but here. The rent is an absolute rip off for what you get. The walls are basically just paper - you can hear everything. Poorest, cheapest construction quality throughout the entire property. I am frankly surprised the building hasn’t collapsed yet. The A/C units are especially bad and do not reach the bedrooms. Elevators are constantly broken and dirty. 0/10 do not recommend.
Email me about that glass study lounge room one more time. Come one guys. Too many emails overall, the majority of the residents here don’t care about the emails you all send. Love this place but the management needa chill. All love Danielle and Zane.
Very limited parking availability! There are nowhere near enough parking spaces for the residents, a fact that was creatively avoided during my daughter’s leasing process. She ended up paying to park in the back corner of an open air lot a couple of blocks down Main St. I never felt safe about her parking situation. It was just the best we could do. She would call me each time she walked to and from that creepy parking spot after dark. Wouldn’t wish that on another student/parents.
