I highly recommend Nathan as a realtor for fist home buyers. He knows the ins and outs of this sometimes ruthless business and will guide you in the right direction. Down to Earth may be the slogan, but in my experience it was a reality.
We were first time home buyers and found Nathan as our relator through a showing. He had so many of the same interests and lives in the area we wanted to move to. He really knows his stuff and answered all the crazy questions and suggestions we had. We had a unique situation with a foreclosure and he fought for us every step of the way. We will definitely be back again if we are ever looking down the road.
We loved working with Nathan and Larissa to buy our home 5 years ago and to sell it this year. There was absolutely no pressure from our agent, Nathan, when shopping for the perfect home for us.
