Larisa was incredible! We had previously listed our investment property with another realtor and was left very unsatisfied with the results and the interactions we had with them. Our property had fallen out of contract numerous times and the realtor was not good at communicating. I was turned off to the idea of listing our property with another realtor. Larisa , although quiet she is very kind, we started off looking through the mls portal and told her which ones we were interested in . She was very responsive and it was easy to schedule showings with her . After only 3 houses shown she did ask if we wanted to go ahead and put in a offer on the one we liked the most which I thought was kinda soon but I told her we wanted to keep looking and after that , it wasn’t pushy we were able to see as many houses as we wanted after that and she even gave her own insight on them which... read more
