From day one Dr K has made our entire experience extremely easy and so comfortable. She always makes sure we understand all of the information but should we have any further questions come up we can reach out to her at any time. It makes us feel very special that she goes out of her way to call after hours and even on her time off to ensure that we get answers and that she has not forgotten about us. My daughter (7 years) was seeing her for urinary retention. The appointments were always 2.5 hours long, wasting my time and having to take a half day off work just for a 9 am appt. You can never reach her when you need to she never responded to emails, portal messages or calling the front desk and leaving messages. As a mom with a child with a chronic condition it was imperative to communicate with her. Her care and her desire to help children is shallow and minimal at best. Dr.K is absolutely amazing. My son has been seeing her for 3 years and now my daughter is seeing her. She is very helpful and caring and I feel like she listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.
