I feel so very Lucky to have found Dr. Larissa Karpova through Lifestance, which in my case was called Auburn Child & Family Services when I started my therapy, which then led me to Dr. Karpova a few years ago. The Lifestance app is very user friendly, from billing to medication refills. My therapist as well as Dr. Karpova both have helped me more than I can say. I highly recommend.

I have been experiencing a lot of challenges as of late. Dr.Karpova I has a vast amount of knowledge and experience. She is kind and caring. She truly listens to what I have to say. Dr. Karpova’s responses are always helpful. I feel I have a true partner with my mental health. I am grateful.
Very happy with the services here. Dr. Karpova is kind, patient & very knowledgeable. She listens carefully, explains in a way I can understand while also giving choices & alternatives as needed. I also like that before each appointment there is an opportunity to give feedback about the last session to make sure my concerns were addressed. Thank you!
