I have been a residential tenant for nearly 2 years, and have had very good experiences with the maintenance and property management teams. The property I live at is clean, maintained with an understanding that this place is _home_ for those of us who live here. These folks are humans helping humans, cultivating better communities. if i can give 0 stars i would. my next step is calling a lawyer. Discrimination.. the guy told me i was denied for 1 eviction that has a 0 balance which happen in 2011. regardless as to what there advertisement did not state no evictions allowed... then when i wrote a bad review on this website he then emailed me to say i got the place i was approved and i sent out my section 8 form and i never heard anything again. thank god i keep all my calls recorded and emails. form of discrimination soon. bad business for the homes for... read more
