This neighborhood has tons of amenities but doesn't feel too big. This builder is becoming one of my favorites. The finishes are top notch and the choices are thoughtful. Can't wait to see more.
I had a wonderful experience with the team at Landsea in Lariat community, Liberty Hill. Donna was our sales rep and she was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole duration of my clients home purchase. Then we were also blessed to work with Cody, the construction manager during our bluetape and final walkthrough- he was thorough and very pleasant to work with while explaining all we needed to know about the home. I hope I get to work with the Landsea team again!!!
Excellent experience from start to finish. From Lilly and Donna in the sales office to Cody the construction manager, I received first class attention. Communication was consistent throughout the process. Love my new home! Would definitely recommend!!
Our experience with Landsea was incredible. Cody Holder continuously went above and beyond for my family and made sure our house was perfect for us (earlier than expected) for closing. Even after closing Cody continues to provide great customer service.
Working with Landsea for my first home buying experience was amazing. The builder Cody take great pride in the work he does and the home is wonderful. Mike from the sales team was also great he was not pushy and found us the exact home we wanted! I highly recommend Landsea to first time home buyers or anyone looking for a reasonably priced home that’s built in high quality.
