If I could give -1,000,000 stars I would! This place has neglected my dad so much that he was basically already gone when he left Avaita and transferred to morton Hospital due to medical negligence and multiple strokes bc they barely did any physical therapy with him. I called this clinic to request to speak to a patient. I knew the patient first and last name, but one asked how to spell his last name. The secretary hung up on me because I did not know how to spell his last name. You gotta be kidding me man he’s not my family. He’s just a friend and I know how am I supposed to know how to spell his last name?

This is something that you can ask them for I did not Post it, I would not have Posted anything because I have no respect for Aspire that was the name of the place I was in who ever posted this, it was done as fraud because I have nothing nice to say about that home if I would say anything about it. I believe that the staff needs to be thoroughly checked out watched over they need staff who cares about the patients.
