My sister was here for three weeks and ended up having to go to the hospital because she had MRSA. The medical care provided by Heather Germann was horribly lacking… She assumed my sister‘s condition was entirely due to obesity, but at the hospital, they discovered a massive ovarian cyst that explained many of her problems.Her personal effects like her cell phone were not sent with her and now no one can find them. When I arrived at the Pasadena facility I was completely bedridden. Due to Helene I ended up at the Bryan Dairy location. Due to the care I've received from the nursing staff and therapy, I'm almost completely independent. I'm using a wheelchair without assistance. I'm walking with a walker and doing well. Not going to lie, the food needs improvement and sometimes laundry is slow but I'm more than satisfied with my experience. The therapy team is like family to me. They are always helpful, other than being just a therapist. I really appreciate that.
Therapy does a very good job for me. I get a very good work out. My CNAs are kind and loving.
