I was unpleased with my experience here. I needed a replacement party and was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience. I felt that no one wanted to assist me. I even looked at buying a whole new appliance but was told the freight to get the appliance was too expensive. Apparently my money is not good enough for this establishment. Went to another appliance store in the valley and was treated with respect and made to feel as though my issue was important. I will never shop here again.

I came here a few months ago and ended up going to Deranleaus because when I asked about different brands the guy called me a brand snob because I didn't want to buy an LG. Adding a star because the lady who helped us during the Century of Love event was super nice.

If you want to be yelled at come to largents. Employees are rude. The owners thank they have the right to double park and block the side walk with their crappy appliances. They bash other companies in this valley and because if that I should have went somewhere else instead I bought from them. Fridge lasted less than 6 months before it broke down. Thank God Costco sells fridges. Worst people to deal with.
