First class operation from sales staff and delivery service. They saved my husband and I from a very bad situation when our freezer went out. They delivered the same day we ordered and literally saved our 'bacon'! They are our go to store for appliances from now on. We had ordered from a big box store who said the appliance was in stock - it wasn't. They missed the delivery date and when they showed up today they had no one to take it off the truck or take out the broken one and install the new one. We refused delivery and c... read more

We just purchased a washer and dryer stackable set and had it delivered. The customer service in the store was great. The delivery team was awesome. They had my old set taken out and new set installed in 45 minutes. They ran a test run on both new machines before leaving great fast service. I could’ve had next day delivery if I would’ve been around for it.
