LaRee did a phenomenal job in helping me sell my home in Denver. As my agent she was proactive in walking me through all that was required to sell, from listing to pictures to closing. She is also a fierce negotiater with buying agents. She sold my house in after just four showings! I highly recommend her.
I see some really disturbing comments about LaRee and it seems that they were not talking about the same person because my experience with her was spot on what we were looking for in our forever home. She listened to exactly what we were looking for and asked several questions about styles, neighborhoods and schools, there was nothing left out when she was looking on her time off away from work and sending us information on many homes to look at. LaRee was amazing to work with during our transaction where I represented the buyer's and she, the sellers. As an agent I was beyond impressed with her availability and responsiveness leading to an incredibly smooth and pleasant transaction which in turn kept my buyers very happy and eager to work with me again. I'm hoping to work with her on many more occasions to come.
