Called and requested a ball park cost on a wisdom tooth extraction for my wife due to self pay. once there the had xrays done and right before the procedure they said the price would be double what was originally quoted. Due to low funds we had to leave. They still charged us $166 for the consultation and xrays. very misleading and capitalizing on people in a bad position. Careful when choosing who you see for serious dental issues. He pulled out a tooth saying that was causing me a problem, months later still having issue and come in only to be told its the tooth next to it now.
Had another great experience with this doctor who was able to solve an issue that I was having for several months caused by another dentist. Great job and highly recommend him for any oral surgery needs.
I called to confirm that the office performed gum grafts and was assured by the front desk lady that they do. Fast forward a couple of weeks and I’m at my appointment. I have x-rays and an oral exam completed only for the doctor to tell me they don’t perform that procedure at that office. No fault of his, however I wasted my time and $$$.
