I have been a tenant at Laredo Grande for a few years and in that time I have received fabulous treatment from the staff. Today was an exceptional above and beyond experience with the property manager Darlene directly. I was expecting a package with Canada Post. It was showing delivered, however when I went to my mailbox there was nothing there.
