Dr. Chun needs to improve his poor customer service skills. Upon arriving in extreme pain (crying) , the staff were attentive and sweet. I had a PAINFUL wisdom tooth infection. I came to seek help. Once I see him, he asks me to open wide. I try my best to do so, anyone who has ever had a wise tooth infection knows your jaw is hard to open because of the pain. This was our first visit to the clinic, as suggested by a friend. My family and I had an amazing time! All the staff, particularly Melissa and Desiree, who attended to us, were incredibly friendly, gentle, and provided clear explanations. And Dr. Chen is super cool. He is superb! One of the best dentist in Laredo! This clinic has become my favorite, and I’ll definitely return for our next follow-ups.
