Spent an entire week trying to get a hold of someone. Called multiple times a day over 4 days; no answer, no callback from messages left. Drove by and stopped to at least get paperwork started. Open sign was on and gate was open but door was locked and no answer when knocked. Went by one last time last thursday; gate was wide open but no one was there AGAIN. What kind of buisness plan is this?
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! I am the victim of a robbery at gun point. I went to see about a car from them. The Hispanic lady working was extremely rude and snide! She wanted the highest down payment out of all the car dealerships I went to. She snidely said "Thank you" which I replied "thanks for nothing" and she proclaimed and laughed while saying "I bet that is why you got robbed!" She is a low life which directly represents her dealership.
The salesperson was nice, and took care of any issues that arose with the vehicle!!! We are happy with our purchase!!!
