I want to thank the all people who helped me when my Mazda CX3 broke down between Warragul and Drouin. I rang RACV and I was towed back to Warragul. When they had a look they advised the problem was a part which could be fixed under warranty. However my warranty had just expired. The wonderful people contacted Mazda and had the warranty extended. They then arrange for the car to be towed to Berwick for the car to be fixed. All at no cost to myself due to RACV membership. Now that’s what I call service. Regards Jenny
These guys are wonderful. My wife’s car was towed to their shop. They contacted the car manufacturer as they identified a defect. My wife’s car was just out of warranty, but the manufacturer agreed to fix the car under warranty. Thanks guys. You saved us about $3,000. Highly recommend.
Car broke down on the Princes Highway near Longwarry, RACV brought it to Lardners in Warragul. They diagnosed a failed fuel pump and replaced it. Took a while as they had to fit it in around their normal servicing etc. Cost was very reasonable and car now going perfectly
A tyre blew on my Outlander on the Prince's Hwy near Darnum. I rang the RACV, and they put me on to Stephanie(?) at Lardner Automotive, who sent Jason to pick me up. They were able to supply me with a replacement tyre that they installed and I was on my way. They were so efficient, friendly, professional, and skilled. No fuss, perfect service!
Absolutely fantastic service at Lardner Automotive. Thank you to the hard working staff, especially Emma who went above and beyond to organise the tilt tray for my car.
