Great facility, Best Rehab in Valley. Very compassionate , caring direct care staff.
My mom was there last year after having a stroke. She hated it and the way the staff treated her. They were short staffed and couldn't bathe her in a timely manner because of it. There are numerous reasons but I'll leave it at this. The only good thing about it is the physical therapy. I wouldn't take her or anyone there!
They have incompetent Doctor! I seen several Staff using their phones way too much texting social media and not watching and taking care of patients when they work they need to work not be on their phones!
The doctors they have in contract over medicated my loved one causing her delusions and aggressive behavior. She has had numerous falls out of bed and other places due to lack of staffing. The building and grounds are nice but id never put a lived one there again due to incompetence and malpractice. There will likely be a malpractice filed with state medical board for the contractural doctor they use.
