I currently live here, the management here has been an issue since i've gotten here, this company has breached my contract and dont want to give me my remedy for such breach, although this could easily be hear say since I didnt present any proof of what im saying, my point was who wants to deal with a management company like LARCH ASSOCIATES just look at the other reviews im sure youll see everyone feel the same about this place, I sure dont notice many reviews saying to many positive things about the place either if I could... read more
Currently live here and management is awful and whoever is above them as well. Save your money save your stress nothing gets done here. A lot of favoritism among manager and other tenants living here. Been asking for a additional parking spot for a year already as I was promised when I moved in and here we are a year later and no spot. Meanwhile other tenants have two spots and I am over here getting my car broken into in the street. Go look elsewhere or come suffer with me.
Avoid this place like the plague. The previous manager (Nancy, who was actually great) was replaced by incompetent people. Impossible to contact at times to get things fixed. Wafer-thin walls will make sure to keep you up at night especially when you have neighbors who I swear wears concrete blocks for shoes and doesn't know to shut up at 3 in the morning. All of this while increasing the rent every year. Took forever to receive our security deposit once we decided to leave. AVOID if you know what's good for you.
ATTEMPTED RAPE,BURGLARY, AND MURDER!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE! woke up to a BURGLAR BREAKING into my unit this morning. There was no reliable video surveillance to record the incident. The leasing manager is never available and does not pick up the phone. I FEEL UNSAFE! THERE IS A RAPIST BURGLAR GOING AROUND. I have tried to reach the property manager, and corporate office SEVERAL TIMES and they have been UNAVAILABLE EVERY TIME! BE AWARE!
