Ended up stranded in town. First thing in the morning went to 10 different shops in town all of which were very unhelpful and rude until I stumbled upon this place. Very wonderful business! I was a first time Customer and they definitely made me feel valued. highly recommend this establishment. They helped me for a very fair price and very quickly when I was in a pinch. if you’re looking for the right trusted place to take your car I definitely recommend them.

Two weeks ago, my wife went to this service center to have the oil, transmission fluid, and filter replaced. I purchased all the parts myself, and she brought them with her. Their only task was to change the transmission fluid and filter. However, when my wife got home, I noticed that they had returned the filter without replacing it. My husband and I always take our vehicles to laratta's they do amazing work and are straight forward with what the issue is they are the best around
After trying to clean my throttle body in my Suburban, it ended up needing replaced. I replaced it with a new one directly from the Chevy dealership and symptoms became worse. While doing the calibration the truck throttle stuck mostly open resulting in the truck almost running away. I called LaRatta and they were able to fit us in the next morning and have it back on the road. Given our circumstance, and bad Chevy quality control... they didn't even charge us!
