No service! Brought in truck for regular service. Skid plate was removed. 4 bolts. Reinstalled incorrectly. Also, two bolts left loose. One missing and one cross threaded. I noticed a rattle underneath is what brought this to my attention. Called service department to explain this and was told “that’s why we keep bolts on hand” Person I talked to acted like not a big deal. Of course I know nothing will come of it. But of course, I’ll never be back. Why would I. It’s no big deal.

Davis was a really great salesman, he wasn’t just trying to sell me a vehicle but rather trying to help me find exactly what I wanted. He was a very personable and down to earth guy. If I was to buy a vehicle at Laramie Range Ford again, I would only go to Davis.

I was passing through Laramie and needed my 5000mi service on my new Explorer. I checked in with the service department at 9am and was told that they could fit me in at 3:30. I dropped my vehicle off at noon after checking out of my hotel. They took it right in and was back on the road at 1:30. I am very pleased with the dealership, going out of there way for someone passing through town. Thank you, Paul Grube, Port Charlotte, FL.

I recently bought a 2026 F-150 Lariat. Danny Edwards is an amazing salesman and Sergio is an excellent finance guy. Both were easy going, I didn’t feel like there was any pressure to buy my truck.
