I have had previous experiences with the previous owners of this dealership before they were Laramie Range Ford and those experiences were not good at all. So needless to say I was hesitant even going in but I had heard good things about the new owners. I went in thinking I was going to look at used trucks. Laramie Ford has an awesome mechanic named Scott - he was able to correctly diagnose and fix an ongoing brake problem with my f-150. Roger my service advisor kept me informed and also did a great job. I am relieved to have my truck working again.
