Josie help n did amazing on our 2016 dodge. Was back with our warranty for the second time cost us over $300 for them to look at our vehicle and tell us what we already knew was wrong with, They also made us by a warranty stating that people don’t like paying for a new truck when it’s broke down but the warranty they sold us a K doesn’t cover anything including our heated seats, engine or bumper-to-bumper like stated! Do not buy from here go somewhere else
Well, I've been a customer of this location for over 15 years. I was happy when I first started shopping here when it was Marshall motors. Then.....White's bought it and it started downhill fast. Then Tyrrell came in and was like "Hold my beer, I can screw things up beyond belief!" They had my wife's pickup in several times over the course of about 6 months, repeatedly misdiagnosing what ended up resulting in catastrophic engine failure. I needed a new reliable vehicle, and sort of knew what I wanted. When I got there, the salesman, Davis was so helpful- he showed me all of my options and was not pushy. If you need a new vehicle and don’t want to feel pressured and make an informed decision. Ask for Davis! He’s a personable and knowledgeable salesman!
While traveling out of state, and on a very tight schedule to see our granddaughters in leading roles in their high school play, we suffered a catastrophic engine failure a few miles outside of Laramie, Wyoming.
