Very disappointing experience. Communication and follow-through were lacking. I was asked to offer a financial incentive to attract a lease takeover, while potential tenants were being encouraged toward longer-term contracts that did not align with my situation. As a result, the unit remains unfilled and I am still responsible for the rent. The process has been inefficient and frustrating.
Moved here back in September, after a month of living in the property, the flooring started to fall apart to the point where I have a potential to cut my feet if I walk without shoes on. I requested maintenance to come and fix this issue but was told by Brady that the contractors that put it in won’t warranty the flooring and because I’m living in the unit they can’t come and fix it, like that’s my problem, figure it out. We moved in in June and have really appreciated the helpfulness of the LPMG team before and after we moved in. We had a pleasant application and leasing experience with Brayde and Heather (Heather especially is always helpful and just a pleasure to talk to), and the front office was quick to mitigate an issue with our lease after we realized we had been slightly over charged for a couple of months. Brayde Hamilton my Leasing Agent is absolutely wonderful! He was so kind, helpful and professional in finding me my perfect home. The owners and that guy Brady make me wanna give zero stars, but this one star is for their maintenance team, which seems like good people. Rented a house from them for 4 months, and every single thing in that house needed complete ripping out or replacement. We are glad it was a temporary lease and decided not to rent from them again! Stay away and find other options.
