Communication is lacking, landlord Brayden is cocky and young. They discriminate and don’t work with you for solutions, along with overcharging for a disgusting apartment, Worst place I have ever rented absolutely do not recommend this dump!
Finding a rental in this town can be tough, but they made the process so much easier. They went above and beyond to help our son find a rental. Heather and Brady were they incredibly knowledgeable and also very responsive and easy to communicate with. We interacted with several rental companies in the area, and without a doubt, they are the best. Highly recommend!
Looking for an apartment to rent out while you go to UW? Avoid this mess at all costs. Stephen is the slumlord in Laramie. They do not clean their properties. They will leave mold or just paint directly over top of it. This was the case in an apartment I rented from them. They also took out the parts needed to run the heater, so I was without heat my first couple of winter nights despite calling them, so I went to their building. Originally I had a few reservations about renting from this company, however, they worked with me and helped resolve the issues and concerns that I had. Steven was great to work with, and takes great pride in his company and tried to provide affordable quality apartments in Laramie.
