I rented through LPMG for a little over a year. During that time, a hole appeared in my ceiling so that every time it rained, my bedroom would get rained on too. I had to keep a tarp out so nothing valuable would get rained on. After reporting this to the management group multiple times, I tried to keep good spirits about the situation....but after 6 months of getting rained on it stopped being funny to me. I got to tour one small, dirty, apartment, and they wanted a ton of rent money. Talked to a few people who rent from them and they will actually let you and your pets get sick and even die before they do anything. Sick. Avoid them.
