We moved in in June and have really appreciated the helpfulness of the LPMG team before and after we moved in. We had a pleasant application and leasing experience with Brayde and Heather (Heather especially is always helpful and just a pleasure to talk to), and the front office was quick to mitigate an issue with our lease after we realized we had been slightly over charged for a couple of months. The owners and that guy Brady make me wanna give zero stars, but this one star is for their maintenance team, which seems like good people. Rented a house from them for 4 months, and every single thing in that house needed complete ripping out or replacement. We are glad it was a temporary lease and decided not to rent from them again! Stay away and find other options. 6 months of begging for them to replace the carpet from the last tenants cat piss... the smell is unbearable. And I dont have pets, just a baby. And I am a clean freak.
I would leave zero stars if I could. I rented from LPMG for over a year. I dealt with sewage flooding throughout my apartment, water flooding two rooms of the apartment, ceiling partially collapsing, power constantly going out and not getting permission to touch the electrical box until I went HOURS without electricity in the winter, and no water for three days at no fault of my own.
