RecommendedI can’t say enough great things about lpp. The apartments are really nice and affordable for the location next to the university, and Trevor and the maintenance team are always great to interact with. Maintenance always responds quickly to fix any problems.
If necessary I will update this review with post-check out information, even though I don't think it will be necessary. I rented one of the properties on Ivinson. Spacious, bright, prime location - I had nothing to complain about this apartment. On the contrary, it was a very welcome difference to some of Laramie's dark basement holes. After a year of renting from Laramie Plains Properties, my experience thus far has been smooth. The application process is simple and has the benefit of choosing roommates if desired. A large variety of living options are available from different price ranges, allowing tenants to live at the chosen luxury. Employees provide quick responses and are readily available to complete maintenance tasks. Payment of rent is simple and hassle free.
Living here has been awesome. Paying rent is easy with the online tool and maintenance requests are always resolved quickly. Communication with the staff and property manager is always great and professional. I recommend LPP to all of my friends!
I have lived at a few different rentals. I can honestly say that Laramie plains properties is my favorite. The land lord is great, responds promptly to any requests and is always fair. Rent is cheap and all maintenance is free. I have also had friends work for the land lord, and they have not had enough good things to say about working for him.
I’ve been living here for almost a year and it is great! Paying rent is easy and if I ever need anything they respond so fast!
LPP is fantastic when it comes to customer service. Issues are quickly resolved, and the properties are optimally located to campus for all UW students. I have always had fantastic interactions with Trevor and other LPP employees, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent in the Laramie area.

These are great apartments right next to campus at a reasonable price! The land lord is understanding and easy to work with, something that is hard to find here. I appreciate him being able to provide a quality apartment for me and my roommate!
