They are so unresponsive. It would be cheaper to burn your money or throw it away. They raise rent too often and half of their listings are unavailable despite the fact they let you pay for an application. Talk to anyone else just not this company.
They’re very slow and unresponsive. I called twice today and the only time they answered they told me to just wait until Jessica calls me. I’m going to be homeless if I can’t rent an apartment. Seriously get your shit together. I’m a customer who’s spent $200 just applying in hopes of touring even one apartment and they’ve failed me every-time. Where do I even start? I moved into a property managed by Laramie Land Company three years ago. Prior to me moving in with those roommates, the basement flooded severely while no one was home.
