Over the years I have found that all staff do a great job in trying to do their best for customers like me who rely on the vehicles . To basically sum up my problem with Laramie GM . July 2020 Bought a 2004 **** Grand Cherokee. Noticed a problem with the brakes during test drive. Had them check it, and what they found was the rear driver side axle seal was leaking. They told me they would be willing to fix, and replace the brake it if I committed to buying the vehicle. I made the purchase, and was given a deadline of the next morning for the vehicle to be ready. That deadline kept changing over the next 3 days. Laramie GM Auto Center really helped us out. We were 800 miles from home and was having issues from a shoddy oil change back home. They were able to get us right in and fix the problem. We were back on the road in no time. We can’t thank them enough!

Broke a motor mount on my Chevy pickup working on the Forest fire close by, we are only allowed to be broke down for 24hrs, so I started calling everyone within a 2 hour radius seeing if they could replace my Motor mount before the weekend.
