The day of my appointment (3/29/19) I receive a call that my scheduled appointment was going to be delayed 1.5 hours. This is after my husband took a leave of absence from work-costing us money, to stay with our 4 month old as I am the primary caregiver who is exclusively nursing. After arriving for my appointment at their requested time, I still had to sit in the waiting room for another 45 minutes- hour.
