I haven’t lived here since 2018 and still haven’t received my deposit back, after being told I will be getting it back. Talked to someone two months ago and she said I’d be receiving it in two weeks from the phone call. Now I can’t get a hold of anybody, the phone rings until it goes to voicemail.
They have treated me well enough. Could do more to keep public areas clean and the homeless out, but there is only so much you can do
I've lived in their apartments for two years now, in two separate buildings, and I can say it's definitely a frustrating place to live. The property itself isn't usually very clean, and especially now walking into a dirty elevator is very uncomfortable. I've had several urgent maintainence issues, and every time it's been like pulling teeth to get ahold of someone who will help me. This group is completely unresponsive to resident concerns and do nothing to enforce management at each property actually providing a clean, safe building that is in good repair. They charge far too much for properties that are extremely old and low quality.
