No-show, No-Call on appointment. It's now 3:40 PM - the appointment I scheduled this morning was for plumber to be here between 9AM and 12 PM. I've neither heard from nor seen a Larabee employee. Am on second follow call, again being told there is no-one available to speak with, no manager to speak with, and that no one is in the office. I realize with the amount of calls that were being placed due to the weather may have been overwhelming BUT I called on a Monday and made an appointment with this company. The rep said that the earliest they could get to me would be the next Wed from 8-11. I agreed and made the appointment.
