Dr. Williams is a phenomenal provider. I knew during my first appointment with her that I had found the right doctor to manage my high-risk pregnancy. Insane scheduling error and no information or records on me calling for a waitlist. Will remove once fixed. Have proof I called in July.
They accepted my doctor's referral and I waited months and months for my appt to arrive and then am told the day before that I would be seeing a different practitioner (an ND, not a Functional MD) even though the referral was specific to Dr Williams. Maybe you should have reviewed the referral upon receipt rather than months later when my appt arrived thereby delaying my medical care? Not impressed.
