My wife is currently crying in the office because she was asked to be at her appointment at 1:00 and showed up at 1:06 because she was directed to the wrong building upon making appt, even though the building before called and told this doctor she was on her way, she refused because 6 min. had lapsed. They had her wait in the office so I could see her at 2:40, very unprofessional.... this is the second time that these doctors have done this to her.... because you can't get ahold of them, you have to go through so many microm... read more
My wife came back from her appointment in tears she was treated so poorly by Laura Kim. Dismissed and no actual care provided. She will not be going back and this needs to be known before making the decision to book with this office.
