I had a terrible experience at Lara Medical yesterday. I was scheduled for a 4 pm appointment which I was about 10 .minutes early for. The front desk rudely asked me for my insurance card which I gave to them. Right after that another rude woman came to the desk from the back telling me my insurance was terminated and that they wouldn't see me. Mind you I waited a month for this appointment.
