Laura Luxury trucks had decent customer service… BUT I will not purchase another truck from here. It has been less than a year and the truck we got has been in the shop 5 times. It’s in the shop as I write this. It had a bad torque converter off the lot but took us a bit to realize it. It had not a drop of oil in it or transmission fluid! The brakes were shot and a back tire went flat the next day! Now it has bad catalytic converter and exhaust issues. Be wise in your purchase from these folks.
If you’re trying to get your car or truck to light up like a Christmas tree from the dash within an hour of leaving the dealership, go ahead They asked me for the down payment of the truck. I was just wanting to look at. Most of the cars are wrecked and they just somewhat fix them up The only good thing from the dealership is that they give you time of behind on the payment, never again am I using this dealership

This was a great experience, we came from Nc with our small children Lara luxury brought them snacks gave them balloons to play with and did all of our paper work quickly and professionally! I would highly recommend!! The truck we bought was in excellent condition. We will be back for our next purchase.
