Dr. Kozin was very personable, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. She listened. She asked sensible questions and listened to my complete answers. I would highly recommend her to anyone that has an issue with their feet. Her office staff was also extremely kind and helpful. From my first telephone call to make an appointment, through the registration process, as well as checking out, everyone was very responsive and patient and I would highly recommend them.
Office staff friendly and efficient. Dr Kozin took the time to explain all the potential treatment options, and seems very competent.

Had a Friday afternoon appointment and the office called to try to cancel it 5 minutes before. They ultimately agreed to see me, but the appointment felt very rushed and awkward. As I left, staff was walking out to their cars at 1 pm on a Friday…. Dr Kozin seemed nice, but the office hasn’t followed up with the recommendation they said they would be checking my insurance for (been a week) and my medical notes are actually incorrect and not consistent with the discussed diagnoses.
