I cannot speak enough praises about Advocate Logan Square, Dr. Nicole, Ewelina, and the entire team. I’d recently had some very unfortunate (and honestly, traumatic) experiences with another doctor in Chicago. I was EXTREMELY anxious for another appointment. Ewelina and Dr. Nicol are AMAZING. They are both so empathetic, kind, and patient centered. They heard my concerns and made me feel so seen and supported. I absolutely would not recommend this practice. Their nursing assistant was not accommodating of my request to not be weighed (I have been instructed by a doctor to not be weighed for psychiatric reasons), they wanted to give me a pregnancy test before prescribing birth control rather than just believing me that it was not necessary, and their support staff left multiple rude messages to me telling me I had to come back in even though they had already authorized my refills.
