Lara and her team were amazing...truly amazing! My condo had significant HOA special assessments and For Sale signs representing approx. 25% of the entire complex on display as you drove in...not an easy situation. Lara embraced the opportunity, found a qualified buyer in about 30 days and sold my property for more than 15% higher than the average listing price for all of the other units!
